Returns Eligibility
Due to the curated and made-to-order nature of our products:

• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, colour, or style chosen by the customer
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds will carry a R199 processing fee

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Ultimate Gifts
• If approved for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

To help maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your order, including avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, and direct contact with perfumes or cosmetics.

With proper care, your jewellery can maintain its appearance for an extended period; however, natural fading and wear over time is considered normal and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.
